Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or receiving services at Dandy's Studio, located at 5476 Glen Erin Dr, Mississauga, Ontario, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our online booking system. A confirmation will be sent to you upon successful booking.
• Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
• No-Shows: Repeated no-shows without notice may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Prices may vary based on hair length, thickness, condition, and complexity of the requested service.
• We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.
• Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Service Consultations

We offer free consultations for certain services, including balayage and color correction. During consultations, we will assess your hair condition, discuss your desired outcome, and provide honest recommendations. Final results may vary based on your hair's starting condition and history.

Piercing & Tattoo Services

• Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older for piercing and tattoo services. Minors (16-17 years) may receive certain piercing services with parental/guardian consent and presence.
• Health Disclosure: You must disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the service or healing process.
• Aftercare: You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided. Improper aftercare may affect healing and results.
• Refunds: Due to the permanent nature of these services, refunds are not available for piercing or tattoo services once performed.

Hair Services

• Color Results: Hair color results depend on various factors including hair history, condition, and natural pigment. We strive for your desired outcome but cannot guarantee exact color matches to photos or samples.
• Corrections: If you are not satisfied with your color service, please contact us within 7 days. We will assess the situation and may offer a complimentary correction at our discretion.
• Chemical Services: Some chemical services may require a patch test 48 hours before the appointment. You may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with chemical treatments.

Liability

Dandy's Studio takes every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients. However, we are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions that were not disclosed or discovered during patch testing
• Damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Results affected by pre-existing hair damage or conditions not disclosed
• Loss or damage to personal belongings while on premises

Conduct & Safety

We maintain a professional, respectful environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or creates an unsafe environment.

Photos & Social Media

With your permission, we may photograph our work for portfolio and social media purposes. We will always ask for your consent before posting any images that include your face or identifying features. You may opt out at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
